Orders

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is in processing or in transit.

Do I need an account to order?

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and include the email address you used at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If shipping is not available for your location, the checkout may prevent completion.

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows may be shown during checkout when available.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available). Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to refresh.

My tracking hasn’t updated. Is that normal?

Sometimes tracking may not update immediately after a label is created or until the carrier scans the package. If tracking remains unchanged for an extended period, contact us with your order number.

What if my package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Please check around your delivery location and with household members first. Then contact the carrier to request delivery details. If you still need help, email us and we’ll guide you on next steps.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Availability depends on the carrier and shipping method. If your address is not supported, checkout may prevent completion. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original packaging when possible.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

When will I receive my refund?

EVOTONE LLC sells practical household cleaning tools and accessories, such as brushes, scrubbers, dusting tools, reusable cloths and pads, and floor care tools.

Do you sell chemical cleaners?

No. Our store focuses on cleaning tools and reusable accessories. We do not sell liquid chemical cleaners or disinfectant products.

Are your tools safe for different surfaces?

Many tools are designed for everyday household surfaces. We recommend checking the product description for suggested use and testing on a small, less visible area first.

How should I care for reusable tools?

Basic care includes rinsing after use, allowing tools to dry fully, and following any care instructions on the product page. Proper storage and occasional cleaning can extend tool life.
