Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

EVOTONE LLC wants you to shop with confidence. Most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return
To request a return, please email info@evotonellc.com
 with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Returns sent without first contacting our support team may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if available. We will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return authorization.

Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error, we will provide instructions for a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Undeliverable or refused shipments
If an order is returned to us because it was refused, undeliverable, or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may issue a refund minus any original shipping or return shipping costs incurred.
