Track your order status and shipping updates using the information from your order confirmation email.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Find your order number in your order confirmation email.
  2. Open the shipping confirmation email (if available) to locate your tracking number and carrier link.
  3. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view order updates in your Account page.

Track from Your Confirmation Email

Your shipping confirmation email includes the carrier name and tracking details (when your order is shipped). If you can’t find it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

If you still can’t locate the tracking details, contact us and we’ll help you confirm the latest shipping status.

Order Status Guide

  • Order Confirmed: We received your order and are preparing it for processing.
  • Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment. You’ll receive an email once it ships.
  • Shipped: Your order is on the way. Tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Delivered: The carrier marked the package as delivered. If you can’t find it, please check around your delivery location and contact the carrier.
