This page explains how we process orders, ship packages, and provide delivery updates for EVOTONE LLC customers in the United States.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If a destination is not available at checkout, it means shipping is not supported for that location at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s routing. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available.

Stage What it means
Processing We prepare your order for shipment (pick, pack, and label).
Shipped Your package is handed to the carrier and tracking becomes available.
Delivered The carrier marked your package as delivered to the provided address.

Note: Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier volume, or routing delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
  • If promotional shipping offers are available, they will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number (when available). Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to refresh after a label is created or scanned.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped, but changes are not guaranteed once a package is in transit.

Delivery Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery timelines can vary based on carrier routing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please check around the delivery location and contact the carrier first.
  • If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will assist with next steps.
  • Some shipments may be returned to sender due to address issues or carrier constraints. If this occurs, we will contact you where possible.
